  • All passengers MUST have face covering when boarding the bus.
  • All passengers MUST board from the rear door only. Only passengers with wheelchairs and other medical equipment needs can board from the front door.
  • All buses are running Saturday schedule Monday thru Friday, with peak hours service on Lines 4X and Line 6. Please click here for more modified schedule.
  • For the safety of our passengers and the bus operators, we are providing FREE bus services to all passengers.
  • Transit's West Annex store is closed for public. For Senior / Dial-A-Ride program or to purchase rides, please call (310) 618 - 2536.

There are multiple modes of getting real-time information on your phones:

Transit App 

Download Transit App from Apple's App store for iOS devices, or from Google Play store for Android devices. The Transit app is an inter-agency application that can help riders with Trip Planning in real-time. The app recognizes your location through your device's location service and will suggest the best transit options for you.

Torrance Transit is proud to present the Torrance specific Real-Time website, where our customers can not only view their bus's arrival time, they can also view the location of the bus on the map.

Riders can now create custom scheduled alerts to receive bus arrival times via text (upcoming) or email by signing up on You can specify the days, time, bus stop locations, and multiple lines and receive an alert prior to your departure.

Google Maps

Google maps can now provide Real-Time information for Torrance Transit buses.

Our customers are now able to get real-time bus arrival information on their phones via text messages. Every stop now has a unique Stop ID. The Stop ID can be found at the bottom left corner of our new signage.
