Torrance Transit Installs New Rapid Bus Shelter Depots!

The Torrance Transit System opened two new bus depots at the Del Amo Fashion Center on Monday, February 10, 2020.  The depots are part of a multi-phase project to install a series of new bus shelters along Torrance Transit’s Line 3 Rapid Bus Route that operates from the South Bay Galleria in Redondo Beach to the Downtown Long Beach Transit Station.

The depots are equipped with patron amenities such as new benches, trash receptacles, lighting and real-time bus information. The depots are located on the north and south side of Carson Street  near Del Amo Circle East.  The south side depot also has a ticket vending machine for the sale of regional Transit Access Pass (TAP) fare media.

We truly thank the Del Amo Fashion Center staff, our customers and patrons for their patience during the construction of these bus depots and apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused.

Most of all, we thank you for riding with Torrance Transit!
