Torrance Transit is a proud participant of Metro's LIFE (Low-Income Fare is Easy) program. The program as used to be called Rider Relief Program now offers further subsidies to our riders who qualify for this program. Qualifying riders can save fare cost on Metro's 7-Days and 30-Days pass.
